Hello, WTTB Friends! Happy New Year?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's been a long while-but I'm still here! Thanks for always asking about WTTB and sharing what an impact it had in the community. I know its been a while. I have no excuse, but just distracted and focused on other things. WTTB has always held a special place in my heart.

I haven't stopped networking. On every 4th Friday, you can catch me at the Pensacola Network, hosted by Lloyd and Robin Reshard. It is a wonderful opportunity to network with community leaders, business people and just catch up with friends (over some great food :)! There is one tomorrow from 5-8 down on the Devilliers block across from Five Sisters, The Gathering and Blue Dot. Stop by to say hello and do some wonderful networking! Blessings!

Hello, Friends! October is a special month.  It happens to be the 8th year anniversary of WTTB and breast cancer awareness month! Thanks to all the ladies (some men too) who still ask about WTTB. I planned to have an 8th year "meet-up" this month. However, I waited to late to get the location I wanted. I may have a holiday WTTB meet-up in December.
I do have a registered Women Telling Their Business Team for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 25th. Go to the American Cancer Society MSABC site and sign up and join the team for such a great cause.  See you at the walk...I hope! It's so many supporters, that it can be hard to locate people. HELLO FRIENDS!  Ok, according to my last blog entry it has been a year! Wow, where have I been? Well, I finished a two year term as President of AKA sorority, got my daughter married and taught my first job/career ministry class at church! Those are the major things along with doing normal "life" stuff! Many have asked where did WTTB go? Well, I kinda  but things on hold until my plate got a little less full. I know I'm a women, but not every women!  I appreciate ladies asking and still having an interest. Presently, I am formulating in my mind, if and when to begin again. Please stay posted and don't stop asking. I still have been connecting business owners with the knowledge and relationships I have made over the years. 

In the mean time, I have been attending Pensacola Network, hosted by Lloyd and Robin Reshard. What a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with businesses, organizations and movers and shakers in Pensacola. The networking event is every fourth Friday of the month, from 5-8, at Devilliers Square, 321 North Devilliers Street. This Friday, one of my faithful supporters of WTTB will be the guest speaker.  Nicole Dixon is the new Executive Director of the Gulf Coast African American Chamber. Come out and hear what plans the organization has for the community and meet and connect with wonderful people. See you there!

Another great event, is this Sunday, May 19th, my friend, Ann Richards, will be hosting Beauty by the Bay  fashion show.  This event is a fundraiser for the King Richard Foundation which supports Autism. Tickets are $35. Contact me if you want a ticket.  There will be tickets at the door, however, I believe they are $40.00.  All the best to Ann for all her efforts to send kids to Autism camp!
